Typhoon no.18 comes !

Posted by
Hiro (Kyoto, Japan) on 16 September 2013 in Documentary & Street.

Which is river ? Which is road ?
The Japan Meteorological Agency issued a “special warning” in three western Japan prefectures of Fukui, Kyoto and Shiga, in the first such issuance since the warning system was introduced late last month.
The typhoon has gone and I am safe now.

A very impressive view, it is difficult to tell the difference. I'm glad you're safe. The nature is very hard, unfortunately, it is often the same people who are suffering.
