Casio provides a very interesting service, "VIRTUAL PAINTER".
It converts a photo to a picture of 12 different artistic styles.
I tried it, and enjoyed it.

Neat there are many freebie photo editors out there and some are fun to use and much cheaper that Photo Shop. GIMP, Photoscape, Paint.net,Virtual Studio to name a few.
