In the first half of the parade, the floats are going along wide main street. But the last half is tough for them. The width of the street is almost same as the width of big floats. They must be careful not to touch electric wires.
I will show you the scene in which the "roof man" works actively.

Love the perspective here Hiro! I would imagine that the tops of these floats would have to be flexible to get under the wires...... ;-)
